We received our golf carts about two months ago. The professional team at Moto Electrical Vehicles are a great pleasure to work with. They definitely go out of their way to make your experience the best. From a maintenance prospective these golf carts are built with a lot of pride. You can tell by the quality of parts and workmanship. Our carts are used every day and the operators love them. Maintenance on the carts is straight forward and easy. Here is what one of the operators say about his experience with the Golf Cart. “I'd like to take this time to express my satisfaction with the on the ramp golf cart. As a customer experience representative, I use the vehicle on a daily basis and it is imperative that the performance of the vehicle be nothing below the high standards that we have set here at your Signature Flight Support South of Teterboro, NJ. I'd first like to touch base on the vehicle's daily performance and battery life. We have a very busy FBO and there is constant movement throughout our ramp with flights departing and arriving. With such busy activity, it is vital that we have a long lasting battery life and efficiency. When the battery is fully charged, the vehicle can approximately run for almost a full work week. This saves time and enhances customer satisfaction.Safety is also a number one priority at Signature Flight Support. As the driver of the vehicle, I need to know that the vehicle is safe for all our guest as well as myself. The brakes on the vehicle are nothing but exceptional. With so many frequent stops, I rely on the brakes. The vehicle has great pick up, but also abide by our safety guidelines and not exceed more than 15mph. I personally have never driven the vehicle at a speed of more than 14.8mph, which has been set by our GSE crew. On the topic of safety, the side rails are a great feature to keep all passengers from slipping off the cart. Also helps passengers with difficulty walking to lean on the rail for support as they aboard the vehicle. We do have a loud ramp, but the horn and reverse safety beep are clearly heard. Lastly, I will like to mention the accommodation of the vehicle regarding space, seating, and storage. The vehicle can safely transport up to five passengers at a time along. It can also transport up to three passenger along with any luggage(s) that they may have with them. This high standard saves time on our large ramp. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and safety of this vehicle. It is without a doubt an asset in my role in excelling and improving customer experience here at your Signature Flight Support South. Regards.
